When deliveries are made to BFPO, HMS or RAF establishments or any other establishment where a person other than the addressee is responsible for signing for goods sent by recorded delivery, that persons signature is deemed to be proof of delivery to the customer. Union Jack Supplies do not guarantee delivery beyond that point.
Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil orders, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, lockout, fire, flood, drought or other causes beyond the control of Union Jack Supplies.
Customers must notify Union Jack Supplies of any shortage of goods or other complaints or problems immediately visible via our Email address on the website within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of non or damaged delivery, breakages, shortages or otherwise, the only obligation on Union Jack Supplies shall be to return any monies paid by you in respect of the same and goods must not be returned to us without our prior consent. Union Jack supplies can not be held responsible for temperature damaged goods.
